Bagaimana memasukkan no telepon pelanggan anda dan re-targetting mereka. Ini khas untuk seller Shopee atau market place yang mempunyai hanya no telepon pelanggan mereka sahaja.
Dengan ini anda boleh target mereka atau membuat lookalike unuk lebih spesific sales anda.
STEP 1: Select an Objective for which you want to run an ad targeting those Phone Numbers
STEP 2: After selecting any Objective
- Click on Create New & then
- Select Custom Audience from the dropdown!
STEP 3 : Click on Customer File
Step 4: Click on Add customers from your own file or copy and paste data
Step 5: FINAL STEP, There are two options now. a) Upload a CSV file or b) Copy the number and simply paste it.
a) You have to make a file and save it in CSV/TXT and map the phone numbers in the field
b) You simply have to COPY the numbers and PASTEit below!
[ I would suggest you to opt for the (b) option where you simply have to COPY & PASTE it.]
BOOM!! Done! It will take around 15-20 mins to populate the custom audience, and then you can run & show your ad based on the phone numbers you have added!
