Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) Programme is an initiative by Shopee's own logistics service that allows buyers to collect parcels from selected collection points at their convenience. 


⚠️Note

  1. Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) option will be available for sellers who are in the Shopee Xpress serviceable area only. It is currently not available for the East Malaysia (EM) region.
  2. Sellers who are interested can toggle on the channel at shop level, followed by toggling on the products at product listing level.

Failed collections will be returned at zero cost, and Shopee will compensate sellers if the parcel is damaged.



Convenience for Your Buyers


Buyers will no longer have to worry if no one is home! They will be able to collect their own parcels within seven (7) calendar days from the Collection Point at any time, as long as it is within the operating hours.


How should I prepare my Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) parcel?


To prepare the parcel for shipment,

1. Print out A6 copies of the Shopee Xpress Air Waybill from Seller Centre.

2. Place the Air Waybill in a pocket pouch to ensure it does not come off easily. If not, stick the Air Waybill on top of the parcel. 


Shipments will not be accepted during pick-up if:

  1. The shipment does not have a printed Air Waybill.
  2. The printed label attached does not follow the standardised Shopee Air Waybill format.
  3. The label is damaged.


⚠️Note

1. Pick-up service is subject to the seller's eligibility and location.

2. Maximum weight for an order is capped at 12kg with a maximum dimension of 40cm each side (Length, Width, and Height).


What is the pick-up & drop-off process for Shopee Xpress (Self Collection)?


The Shopee Xpress pick-up option will only be available for sellers who meet an average daily order count of at least 10 paid orders in the past 30 days.


Rest assured, sellers who do not meet the average daily order count criteria can still drop off parcels at the nearest Shopee Xpress Service Points!

Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) Air Waybill


For Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) orders, please ensure that the Buyer Self Collection indicator is reflected on the Air Waybill.



How do I get my payment?


Payment will be credited to Seller Wallet within 2 to 3 working days when either: 


  1. Buyer clicks "Order Received"
  2. Shopee Guarantee Period ends

How to enable/disable the Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) shipping channel on Seller Centre?


To enable the shipping channel


To enable Shopee Xpress (Self Collection), you will need to toggle on for both shop level under Shipping Setting and product level.


1. Login to Seller Centre.


2. Go to Shipping Settings.


3. Enable Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) channel under Buyer Self Collection (Shop level).


4. Enable the Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) channel for the respective product listings at product level. Kindly make sure the weight and parcel size information is updated.

To disable the shipping channel


1. Login to Seller Centre.


2. Go to Shipping Settings.


3. Disable the Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) channel under Buyer Self Collection as per the example below.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


Who will bear the delivery cost if the parcels are returned after the buyer fails to collect at the Collection Point?

In the event that parcels are returned, Shopee will bear the delivery cost for failed collection. 


Can buyers reject the goods after opening the parcels?

Buyers may raise a Return/Refund request via the Shopee app as per the usual process if they are unsatisfied with the product(s).


Can I disable Shopee Xpress (Self Collection)?

Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) can be toggled off via Shipping Settings on Seller Centre. Sellers do not need to toggle off at product level. 


Can Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) be enabled or disabled for selected product listings?

Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) can be enabled or disabled for selected product listings. 


What is the maximum parcel size allowed for Shopee Xpress (Self Collection)?

Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) will only be able to support deliveries up to 12 kg, with a maximum dimension of 40cm each side (Length, Width, and Height). 


When will the payment be released to the sellers?

Payment will be released to the seller within 2 to 3 working days when the buyer clicks "Order Received" or Shopee Guarantee Period ends. 


How many days will the buyers have to collect the parcels?

Upon receiving an SMS notification or notification via Shopee App stating that the item is ready to be collected at the Collection Point, buyers will have seven (7) calendar days to collect it.


Is there any possibility that the driver will reject the parcel?

Yes. Shopee Xpress drivers will reject any parcel if:


  1. The order has exceeded the weight limit of 12kg and each side dimension exceeds 40cm.
  2. The order is duplicated (e.g. the same tracking number is used for more than one order/packaging).
  3. Parcel/Air Waybill is damaged.
  4. Air Waybill does not belong to Shopee Xpress (Self Collection).


What happens if the buyer receives the wrong products?

Buyers will need to proceed to accept the parcel from the collection point agent, then report the case by applying for a Return/Refund within 24 hours of receipt via our Shopee App or Web. Kindly refer here to apply for a Return/Refund. Kindly also remind buyers to take photos and videos of the packaging and product(s).


Terms & Conditions


1. There is no minimum spend amount per shop. 


2. All orders come with a pre-assigned tracking number. Sellers must ship out an order with Air Waybills printed from Shopee's Seller Centre. Failure in doing so may result in order cancellation.


3. Fulfilment for Shopee Xpress (Self Collection) can be done through pick-up or drop-off. Note that drop-off and pick-up are fulfilled by Shopee Xpress.


4. If the actual shipping fee as determined by Shopee Xpress is more than the estimated shipping fee calculated based on the weight set by the seller in the product listing, Shopee will deduct the excess shipping fee from the seller's payout and release the balance to the seller.


5. Shipping fee subsidised by Shopee is capped at RM6 for deliveries within West Malaysia.


6. Shopee may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove any user who violates the Terms and Conditions of the programme with immediate effect.


7. Shopee may, at its sole discretion and without notice, change the Terms and Conditions set with immediate effect.


8. Shopee has the right to change or discontinue any features or services without prior notice.


9. Shopee reserves the right to terminate the programme at any given time without prior notice.
