Please note that the shipping rates will be effective 1 July 2022.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if my buyer places an order before the new rate card takes effect?
Orders placed before 1 July will be charged based on the previous rate card. Kindly note that the new rates are only applicable for orders paid from 1 July 2022 onwards.
2. I do not use SSL channels for my deliveries. Will this affect my shipping rate as well?Kindly note that the rate card above only applies to deliveries made using the SSL channels. For more information on Non-Shopee Supported Logistics (Non-SSL) channels, you may refer here.
