Nampak gaya dari hari Jumaat hingga Ahad beramai-ramai ler kita duduk depan TV.

In conjunction with the school holidays, Astro in partnership with Maxis is thrilled to announce that over 130 exciting channels on Astro will be available for our customer’s viewing pleasure from 12:01AM on Friday, 6th June 2014 to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8th June 2014. 
Please note that Pay Per View channels are not included.

1. Why is Astro providing access to more than 130 channels to Astro customers?

In conjunction with the school holidays, Astro in partnership with Maxis is pleased to announce that over 130 exciting channels on Astro will be available for our customer’s viewing pleasure from 12:01AM on Friday, 6th June 2014 to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8th June 2014.

2. I am currently able to view channels without having subscribed to the pack. Why is this? Will I be charged for these additional channels during this period?

There will be no additional cost as all Astro customers will be able to view up to 130 exciting subscription channels available on the Astro platform without having to subscribe to additional Astro packages. Customers pay as per their monthly subscription.

3. What is the duration of viewing for over 130 subscription channels to Astro customer?

All Astro customers will get to enjoy over 130 subscription channels over 3 days from 12:01AM on Friday, 6th June 2014 to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8th June 2014 at no additional cost.

4. During this open period, will I have 24 hour access to all channels?

Yes from 12:01AM on Friday, 6th June 2014 to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8th June 2014, all Astro customers will have unlimited 24 hour access to over 130 subscription channels on the Astro platform.

5. Is this available to all Astro customers?

Yes, this exclusive offer is available to all Astro customers from 12:01AM on Friday, 6th June 2014 to 11:59PM on Sunday, 8th June 2014. However, please be informed that our HD channels & Astro Select offerings are only available to Astro customers who are subscribed to the Astro HD service & Astro Select offerings respectively.

6. Will I get access to HD channels during this period?

Astro customers subscribed to Astro HD services will be able to view HD channels available as part of the 130 subscription channels offered from Friday, 6th June 2014 to Sunday, 8th June 2014. Astro customers who would like to upgrade to the Astro HD service can call us on 1300 82 3838 or log on to http://support.astro.com.my/shop.aspx for more details.

7. Is this available in Malaysia only?

Yes, this exclusive viewing is only available in Malaysia.

8. Is it available for non-residential accounts?

Unfortunately, our exclusive 3 days viewing period is available to residential accounts only.

9. Will NJOI customers be able enjoy viewing for over 130 subscription channels during this period?

NJOI customers will not be able to view all the channels as it’s only limited to Astro subscribers.

10. Can I access the channels not in my package via Astro on the Go (AOTG) during this period?

Yes. All Astro customers will be able to view all 30 subscription channels available via AOTG during this period. To access AOTG, please login and link your smartcard number to your Astro ID. Log on to http://my.astroonthego.com/en/subscriber/home for more info.

11. I have more than one decoder in my home. Am I able to access over 130 subscription channels during this 3 days period on any decoder or is it restricted to one decoder only?

Yes, all Astro customers will get to enjoy over 130 subscription channels during this special 3 days viewing period from any Astro decoder in the housing premises.

12. What channels will not be included as part of this offer?

Our Pay-Per-View Channels (e.g. Astro First, Astro Best, Astro Box Office and etc.) are not included as part of the 130 subscription channels available during this period.

13. If I subscribe to a certain pack during the 3 days viewing period, when will the billing start for my new package subscription?

This 3 days viewing period will not affect your billing cycle. Billing for your new package subscription will start on the day of activation, as per usual billing cycle.

14. I have an Astro B.yond PVR, can I record content not within my subscription during the 3 days viewing period and continue to watch it after the viewing period has lapsed?

You can record content not within your subscription during the 3 days viewing period and watch it multiple times but recorded content not within your subscription will be automatically deleted from your hard disk after the 3 days viewing period.

15. What is Maxis’ involvement in this 3 days viewing period?

The limitless viewing of more than 130 Astro channels from 6th to 8th June is part of the OneMaxis campaign.
